Camp Twin Lakes is looking for passionate young adults to join our Summer Program Staff in 2025.

Live and work at one of our three campuses during mid-May through early August and facilitate impactful programs, activities, and experiences for children and young adults living with serious illnesses, disabilities, and life challenges.

Our Summer 2025 Application is open and we are actively recruiting to fill positions!

Joining our Summer Program Staff offers invaluable leadership training and enrichment opportunities that can’t be found at other summer jobs. Regardless of your major or career aspirations, working at camp will allow you to learn and develop skills that will greatly enhance your marketability to future employers.

Under the direction of our year-round professional staff, Summer Program Staff develop essential career skills and lifelong connections while working alongside uniquely diverse groups of campers, volunteers, and staff members.

Summer Program Staff live in dedicated cabins shared with 2-3 other staff members. All staff cabins feature air conditioning, bedroom furniture, bathrooms, showers, closet space, and other necessities. View floor plans for staff housing here.

Yes. Meals, snacks, and staff housing are provided at no cost to Summer Program Staff.

Yes! WiFi is available in staff housing and around camp.

No, but Summer Program Staff employment requires a minimum commitment of 6 weeks.

Yes. Summer Program Staff receive a half-day each Friday and a full day off on Saturdays.

No. There are activity areas and resting spots that are located indoors, but you’ll spend most of your day outside with campers!

Summer Program Staff assist campers from 6 to 17 years of age.

Yes. All Summer Program Staff have access to a free laundry facility on-site at Camp.

There are nightly scheduled events, such as campfires, camp-wide games, and group activities that you will participate in.

Yes. All Camp Twin Lakes campuses are located within an hour drive from Atlanta and Athens.
