Live and work at Camp as you facilitate and lead impactful programs, activities, games, and experiences for children and teens of all ability levels.

Under the direction of our year-round professional staff, Summer Program Staff develop essential career skills and lifelong connections while working alongside diverse groups of campers, volunteers, and staff members.

Keep your head on a swivel and ensure the safety of our campers during water-based activities. And yes, this job comes with a super loud and commanding whistle.

Hype up on higher ground.

Master the ropes course and help campers conquer climbing while you reach new heights. Help others learn the ropes at Camp — literally.

Grow a greener thumb!

Spend the season tending our gardens and caring for animals as you unearth the secrets of sustainable agriculture. Our goats, donkeys, and alpacas can’t wait to meet you!

Rule the riding ring and help instruct amazing horseback experiences with adaptive equipment that makes it fun for everyone to ride.

FAQ

Yes. Meals, snacks, and staff housing are provided at no cost to Summer Program Staff.

Summer Program Staff live in dedicated cabins shared with 2-3 other staff members. All staff cabins feature air conditioning, bedroom furniture, bathrooms, showers, closet space, and other necessities.

No. Summer Program Staff employment requires a minimum commitment of 6 weeks.

Yes. Summer Program Staff receive a half-day each Friday and a full day off on Saturdays.

Summer Program Staff assist campers from 6 to 17 years of age.

Yes. All Summer Program Staff have access to an onsite laundry facility.

Yes. All Camp Twin Lakes campuses are located within an hour drive from Atlanta and Athens.

No. There are activity areas and resting spots that are located indoors, but you’ll spend most of your day outside with campers!

There are nightly scheduled events, such as campfires, camp-wide games, and group activities that you will participate in.
