Become a Staff Program Leader
Camp Twin Lakes is looking for passionate young adults to join our Program Staff in Summer 2026. Live and work at one of our three campuses during mid-May through early August, and facilitate impactful programs, activities, and experiences for children, teens, and young adults living with serious illnesses, disabilities, and life challenges.
Our Program Leader experience offers invaluable leadership training and enrichment opportunities that can’t be found at ‘typical’ summer jobs or internships.
No matter your major or career aspirations, working at camp will allow you to learn and develop skills that will greatly enhance your marketability to future employers.
Under the direction of our year-round professional staff, summer Program Staff develop essential career skills and lifelong connections while working alongside uniquely diverse groups of campers, volunteers, and staff members.
