BECOME A SPONSOR

As Spin For Kids celebrates its 20th anniversary, we are incredibly grateful for the sponsors who have helped make this event possible year after year. Through cash and in-kind contributions, corporate partners allow more dollars to go directly toward life-changing camp experiences for the children and families served by Camp Twin Lakes.

We offer a variety of sponsorship opportunities designed to meet the goals of your organization—from employee engagement and team building to marketing visibility and brand recognition. We are also happy to customize a partnership that aligns with your company’s priorities. Supporting Camp Twin Lakes gives businesses the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in their local community while engaging employees, families, and customers in a shared mission.
Spin For Kids offers companies a unique platform to bring employees together around wellness, teamwork, and giving back. Many sponsors participate with employee rider teams, family volunteers, or corporate engagement activities throughout the day. At the same time, sponsorship provides valuable brand exposure to an engaged, community-minded audience and demonstrates your company’s commitment to supporting children and families with serious illnesses, disabilities, and life challenges.

Is there a fundraising minimum to volunteer? No, volunteers are not required to fundraise, but Spin For Kids is focused on raising as much money for families and children facing serious illnesses, disabilities, and other life challenges as possible. If you are interested, we encourage volunteers to register as virtual riders and fundraise for this worthy cause!

REGISTRATION QUESTIONS

Is there a registration fee? Yes, all cyclists pay a per rider registration fee which covers the cost of rest stops, t-shirts, food, drinks, and goody bags. Registration is only $20 beginning March 18 and increases to $25 May 1, $35 July 1, and $45 on October 1, 2026. Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

Can you explain the fundraising minimum? By registering, you are committing to raising at least $250 ($100 per youth rider age 10-17) to provide life changing camp experiences for children and families facing serious illnesses, disabilities, and other life challenges. It costs $1,000 to send one child to Camp Twin Lakes for a week and your support makes that possible!

What is the deadline to reach the fundraising minimum? The fundraising minimum must be met before 12am on October 5, 2026. If the minimum has not been met, the remaining balance will be charged to the credit card used for your registration.

I’d like to ride as a family of 4 and my kids are age 12 and 14. Do we need to raise a minimum of $700? We do require each person 18+ to meet the $250 fundraising minimum and each youth age 10-17 (at the time of ride) to meet the $100 minimum. See our fundraising page for ideas on how to meet and surpass your fundraising goals!

Are kids able to ride in the event? Yes! This event is for riders of all ages and ability levels. Kids age 9 and under do not have to meet a fundraising minimum. A registration fee and waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian is required. Note: all riders age 15 and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and ride the same route.

I registered to ride but now have a conflict. Can you cancel my registration? Do I still have to fundraise? If you are unable to participate in person, please let us know by September 1, 2026 by contacting us at 404-231-9887. Your registration fee cannot be refunded or transferred. You can still participate as a virtual rider and fundraise to provide life-changing camp experiences to the children and families we serve.

OFFLINE DONATIONS (CHECKS, CASH, MATCHING GIFTS)

When and how do I turn in money? Donations can be turned in any time before October 4, 2026. While donating through your GoFundMePro page is preferred, cash and check donations are accepted. Please mail checks to the Camp Twin Lakes Atlanta office: ATTN: Katy Lockhart, 1100 Spring Street NW, Suite 406, Atlanta, GA 30309. All checks should be made payable to Camp Twin Lakes. Please include an Offline Donation Form for all checks and cash and include the rider’s name is in the memo line of all checks so we properly allocate fundraising credit.

I mailed in offline donations to the Camp Twin Lakes Atlanta office, but they haven’t posted to my name online yet. Why? Our CTL staff enters offline gifts weekly, but as the number of gifts increases, the lag time may increase also. Please be patient and allow 7-10 business days from when your donations are received in our office.

MATCHING

As a non-profit organization, Camp Twin Lakes qualifies for matching gifts through many companies whereby an employer will also donate a matching percentage of the gift that you make as an employee. The best place to determine whether your employer offers a matching gift program is to reach out to your Human Resources office. If you have access to a matching gift portal with your employer, then you’ll find Camp Twin Lakes, under EIN number 58 -1826782. If your gift is for a certain team or rider, be sure to add a note of this to your gift to ensure that it is designated correctly.

INCENTIVES

What are the incentives for the 2026 ride? Please see our incentives tab above for all the fundraising levels and incentives!

When will I receive my fundraising incentives? Spin For Kids shirts and goody bags will be available for pick up after the ride. All other earned incentives will be mailed to you after the event. Please allow for 1-2 months for the jersey and sweatshirt production.

I’m registered but am unable to make it to the ride. Can I still get my shirt? If you are unable to make it to the ride and would like us to send you a ride t-shirt, please send us an email at [email protected].

Can I continue to earn incentives after the ride? Yes, all riders have until 12am on October 5, 2026 to fundraise and earn incentives.

TEAMS

I want to start a team of riders. How does the fundraising team goal work? The team fundraising goal is not binding, but rather serves to motivate your team. All team members’ individual fundraising efforts are totaled to demonstrate the impact of your team. You can raise your team goal if your team surpasses your expectations before the close of fundraising.

Why be a part of a team if the fundraising minimums are individual? Teams are more fun! Many teams build community through team training rides, team shirts or jerseys, and team fundraising. Team members encourage each other to raise more, so everyone wins! Corporate teams are a great way to create camaraderie among employees while getting healthy and creating a presence in the community.

Can my corporate team include more than one employee? YES! Invite employees, family, friends, clients, vendors, etc. The team is for everyone connected to your company in some way.

Can our team produce a custom team jersey? Absolutely! Custom team jerseys are a great way to highlight the culture of teamwork and dedication of your team in fundraising for Spin For Kids. We are proud to partner with Primal in the Primal Gives Back program, where Primal will donate 15% of your custom apparel order directly back to your team’s fundraising account, helping you reach your fundraising goals! If you choose to work with another jersey maker and you’d like to incorporate the Spin For Kids logo into your design, please contact us to obtain logos and brand guidelines. Whenever you use Spin For Kids artwork, we ask for an opportunity to review and approve designs before production.

ROUTES

Can I change my route choice? Yes! You can change your route at any time, even on event day. If you decide to change your route before event day, please let us know. This helps us prepare for appropriate supplies at rest stops. Please let us know of any changes upon check-in so we can give you the correct wristband for your route.

Are the routes available to view online? Yes! Route details are available on our routes dropdown above.

Do you have the virtual rider option this year? We do! The registration fee is a fixed $35 registration for our virtual riders.
